Tab Queue stores unfinished tabs in Chrome extension storage so you can close them now and return later. It does not use an external backend, require an account, or upload browsing content by default.

Where Data Is Stored
- Local: stored in Chrome extension storage on the current device
- Sync: stored through Chrome sync extension storage on the user's Chrome account
- Same as queue: completion history follows the queue storage setting
What Tab Queue Does Not Do
- No external server
- No user account system
- No hidden analytics backend
- No default upload of page contents
- No sale of user data
Reminders
If a reminder is set, Tab Queue uses Chrome alarms and notifications to remind the user to return to a saved tab.
User Control
Users can delete individual queue items, remove completed history items, or clear completed history from inside the extension.
